AG design successfully hit the brief to create an open plan kitchen/ living/ dining area by removing part of the wall between the kitchen and the living. New sanitary ware and tiling were fitted to create 3 new bedrooms with en-suite. Every small detail such as the Lighting layout, wall treatments and fittings were addressed in the design proposal. A double-height reception was designed to create a bright entrance and at the same time, it resulted in a great view from the first-floor mezzanine. Bi-folded sliding doors were proposed for the social areas to provide maximum natural light and ventilation as well as a seamless transition from the interiors to the exterior. The access to the top floor leads to the study room and attic (storage). The entire look and feel including the front facade was modern style as per the client’s aspiration
