Subdivision of one residential unit into 3 self-contained apartment, Extension and Mansard erection

AG design was appointed to deliver architectural services for the erection of a mansard roof extension and conversion of the existing three-storey mid-terrace house residential unit into 3 self-contained residential apartments. The ground floor was used as a commercial whereas the upper two floors were residential use. The front and rear walls were retained and internal walls and roof were rebuilt. Externally, a new rear terrace, timber fence, bin storage and cycle shelter with Landscaping is provided. The project gained planning permission from Lambeth Council in September 2016. Construction works began mid-2017 and were completed in early 2018.
